Volleygirlz: Grades 1-4, beginner 5th

1. Fill out the registration form below: 

         - Click above to read over the upcoming program AND RSVP by submitting the form below

 

2. Submit payment:

        - Mail a check for $75 to 3620 Freedom Blvd., Champaign IL 61822 OR pay by cash by           bringing it to the first session.

 

3. Register with the USAV:

       - All players must be registered with USAV. You only need the Volleykids $12 membership if your daughter or son is above the age of 8 years old. 8 years old and younger is free!

       - We will need a copy of the membership card at the first practice.
