We are fortunate to have an amazing coaching staff here at SHV

 

Evan Hook: Founder of SHV. Former University of California, Long Beach Libero and former pro-AVP beach volleyball player. Over 18 years coaching girls, boys, high school, club, and college at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Current Head Coach at Central High School and 8th Grade Head Coach at Edison Middle School in Champaign

 

Ellen Hook: Former Middle Blocker for Syracuse University (2 seasons) and 2007 NCAA III National Champion at Washington University in St. Louis (2 seasons) Over 7 years coaching experience at all ages. 

 

Kylie McCulley: Former University of Illinois starting Outside Hitter.  Numerous all-state accolades from Clinton High School in Clinton, IL. Coached at Wayne State University. Current Head Coach at Unity High School in Tolono IL for past two years. Kylie also assists administratively with SHV.
